use dry toner which is both waterproof and UV stable. This means you don't have

STANDARD LARGE FORMAT FLY POSTER PRINTING
Our Standard
Large Format Fly Posters are printed edge-to-edge onto 90gsm bond paper in
stunning full colour. Commonly used as fly posters to advertise nightclubs,
festivals and events, they are also a very highly effective and economical
promotional tool for shops, schools, theatres, bars, businesses, local
authorities, charities, bands and performers.
Our Standard Fly Posters
are printed using dry toner ink which is both waterproof and UV-stable. They are
suitable for short-term outdoor applications of 6+ weeks, particularly when
posted using fly poster glue. They are also great for longer-term indoor
applications.
BLUEBACK LARGE FORMAT FLY POSTER PRINTING
Our BlueBack Large Format Fly Posters are printed edge-to-edge onto 100gsm
blueback bond paper in stunning full colour. The blueback media has a blue
coating to the rear which prevents show-through.
These Blueback Fly
Posters are commonly used to advertise nightclubs, festivals, gigs, shows and
events. They are printed using dry toner ink which is both waterproof and
UV-stable. They are suitable for short-term outdoor applications, particularly
when posted using fly poster glue. They are also used for longer-term indoor

Premium Large Format Posters are printed edge-to-edge onto 170gsm high white,

Supplying your own artwork?
We accept poster printing artwork
in most popular Mac and PC file formats but please refer to our Artwork
Supply Guidelines before uploading your files to our site as your printed
posters will only be as good as the artwork you provide.
When creating
your poster printing artwork there are a few things you should
consider:
Colours: Numerous studies have shown that full colour
posters attract a far higher response rate than a black-and-white equivalent.
That's why we print all our posters in full colour. So, you may as well go to
town... use as many colours as you wish and include full colour photographs or
illustrations. There's no extra cost!
Resolution: Please be aware
that a photograph or other 'bitmap' image requires a resolution of just 72dpi
(dots per inch) for it to appear clear and sharp on a computer monitor. However,
the same image requires a resolution of 300dpi for it to appear sharp when
printed professionally. For large format posters (A2 size and above) you can
usually get away with a resolution of 100dpi as your design is intended to be
viewed at a distance so any minor pixelation will not be
noticeable.
Always check the resolution of your poster printing artwork.
Just because your design looks great on screen doesn't mean it will reproduce
correctly when printed. For further information about poster printing and

Layout: Always keep text and other
important elements of your design at least 3mm away from the edge of the poster.
Although we use highly sophisticated printing equipment, some movement is
inherent within the poster printing process so if you place something too near
to the edge of your design it could be trimmed off.
Bleed: A
professional graphic designer will always add 'bleed' to their poster printing
artwork. Bleed is the method designers use to ensure that the posters they get
back from their printing company don't have ugly white borders around the edges.
You see, despite all the recent advances in printing technology some movement -
albeit only a fraction of a millimetre - still occurs during the poster printing
process. To compensate for this movement, designers add bleed to their artwork.
They extend by around 4mm beyond the edge of their artwork, any design elements
they would like to touch the edge of the poster. So for instance, if you wanted
to include a background colour which covered the entire area of your poster, you
would extend this colour approx 4mm beyond each edge of your artwork. This means
that any movement during poster printing will not result in ugly white borders
